What is the Best Price Guarantee?
It’s simple! READY guarantees you’re getting the best value.  In the unlikely event you should find a better price for the same product READY will beat the price or credit the difference within 24 hours of your purchase.

What does the Best Price Guarantee apply to?
The Best Price Guarantee covers virtually every product in our huge retail store and online.  All people and products are eligible if:

• Product – Product must be identical and new (Apples to Apples).  Re-manufactured, outdated or re-furbished items are not included in our premier product line or the READY guarantee. Ebay and similar sites are not included. This exception protects from the purchase of unauthorized, possibly stolen or counterfeit goods.
• Price – Total price must include shipping, handling and any other fees when calculating the competitor’s total price.  Product must be properly priced and within guidelines of our suppliers. We only sell the latest product models and often special offer prices are used to move on old, outdated products. Sale or promotional prices are not included.
• Place – Guarantee only applies to verifiable U.S. retailers that have the product available (in-stock) and advertised.

How do I take Advantage of this Guarantee?
Your happiness and confidence in READY is of the utmost importance.  Simply send the competitor’s information, including advertisement, catalog or website, through our contact form or call (301) 949-9600 and we will promptly match the total price or credit the difference.
